Groove is the focus with Adam Deitch

We are super excited to be able to present another world class drummer on this platform, one of the funkiest drummers on the planet: the amazing Adam Deitch! Adam breaks down techniques used by his funk heroes, Clyde Stubblefield, Zigaboo Modeliste and others. In his first tutorial Adam is talking about his approach to groove stuff and some left hand excercises to get the groove really feel good. In the second segment he explains some simple fills and fill techniques, he likes to use to keep the groove going. In the last section Adam explains some of his electronic techniques, he uses on the acoustic kit, when playing trip-hop or drum&bass. Soooo cool ... Enjoy!
